The nearest airport is in Porto. Lifts can be arranged for those arriving from abroad. There are also trains to Durrães from the main station at Porto-Campanhã (www.cp.pt).

SCHEDULE: Arrival Saturday 16-18h; finish Saturday at noon.

ATTENTION!! Due to the pandemic situation we live in, it may be necessary to present proof of vaccination or test on arrival, taken no earlier than 24h before.

ACCOMMODATION AND COSTS (for the whole week)

• Bed on main building with shared bathroom facilities = €290
• Own tent (access to indoor bathroom) = €215
• Price for partners* = €220 (bed); € 150 (tent)
• Price for children = €35/child

* “Partners” are the partner of those participating in the retreat (i.e. husband/wife or similar). You may participated in the work period and in a couple meditation sessions if you wish, but please book a full place if you intend to take full advantage of the retreat.

**Please note, if you are not a member of Associacao Zen Flor Silvestre and this is your first retreat with us in 2023 we kindly ask that you pay +15 euro (membership fee) to help with running costs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Please read the page About our retreats carefully.
• You must bring bedsheets or sleeping-bag and towels; blankets are provided. Please let us know if you are coming from abroad as we may be able to supply these.
• You may also to bring a small blanket/throw for the early/late meditation periods.
• All meals are vegan.
• For beginners: if you have never practised meditation but wish to come to this retreat, please tell us so. The retreat is open to all but we suggest total beginners practice at least once prior to coming, if possible.
